Yes. Grundfos, ProMinent, Lutz, Iwaki, Watson-Marlow… More than 100 standard layouts.
Acids, bases, solvents (subject to compatibility), AdBlue®, liquid fertilisers, effluents. Each project is validated by our engineering team.
Solid extrusion-winding is a manufacturing technology originally developed by Schoeller-Allibert, of which EELIX is now the sole holder. It is first and foremost for HDPE: the material is continuously extruded into thick strips, then wound in a spiral around a mandrel. The result: a single-piece, seamless tank.
HDPE and PP are two distinct thermoplastics. HDPE for concentrated acids and bases; PP for higher temperatures, food duty and potable water.
Extrusion-wound for large volumes and aggressive products. Bent-sheet for smaller volumes and mildly corrosive liquids.
