Loading and unloading
Packing, shipping and handling of large-capacity tanks. Cranage and positioning supervised by our teams.
Equipment is packed, shipped and handled by teams used to large-capacity tanks. For EELIX installations, lifting relies on national partners selected for service quality.
Positioning, cranage, assembly, piping and tests are supervised by our fitters, in France and abroad.
Lifting large-capacity tanks is entrusted to partners used to industrial sites. Assembly, piping and tests stay under the supervision of EELIX fitters, in France and abroad.
The lift plan accounts for empty weight, lifting lugs and site access. Slings, the crane path and the set-down area are agreed before the day.
Once the tank is down, EELIX teams take over assembly: anchors, connections and checks, through to handover.
Qualified operators, the rules of each industrial site, and follow-up through to positioning.
The load is prepared in the workshop: chocking, strapping and nozzle protection before departure. On site, unloading follows the client’s protocol — timing, access and barriers.
Drivers and handlers hold the licences required for the machines in use. Each job is coordinated with the site manager.
EELIX follows the tank to its final position on the slab, then hands over to the assembly teams.
