Unloading cabinets and stations

Unloading cabinets and stations

Tanker-pressure unloading: SECURIBOX’Optima / SECURIBOX’Classic. Integrated-pump unloading: VIGIFLUX plug & play.

Unloading means transferring chemicals or goods from the tanker into dedicated storage. Suitable equipment is essential to keep the product in the right condition.

Before you equip a site, it is strongly recommended to review the types of cabinets, posts and unloading enclosures available. EELIX offers models that can be tailored to your needs.

A solution for every installation

EELIX, manufacturer of unloading cabinets, enclosures and stations used across industry

EELIX designs, manufactures and supplies equipment that protects operators and secures installations. All SECURIBOX’Optima® and SECURIBOX’Classic® cabinets, posts and kiosks help you comply with ISO 14000 rules and standards.

You get a complete solution that informs the unloading sequence and protects against risk. With SECURIBOX’Optima® and SECURIBOX’Classic® you can unload chemicals safely without an intermediate pump. We also protect the environment by simplifying drip recovery and pipe draining. An effective leak-detection system can be fitted.

All products are delivered ready to use with a technical file, commissioning manual and hydraulic test certificates.

Why choose our unloading ranges?

1. Higher qualityHigh-grade materials for maximum durability and reliability.
2. Greater safetyCabinets protect operators, plant and the environment from the hazards of chemical unloading.
3. Regulatory complianceProducts meet current regulations and standards for safe, environmentally sound use.
4. Innovative technologyUp-to-date technology for chemical unloading.
5. AdaptabilitySeveral sizes, customisable to your needs.
6. Technical supportHelp choosing and using the equipment effectively.

Unloading chemicals requires care to protect people, property and the environment. Applicable rules and ISO 14000 must be respected. Cabinets can be fitted with flow meters, level sensors, manual or automatic valves and pressure regulators.

Pump unloading avoids overflow or explosion risks from water hammer when tankers are pressurised. Cabinets are made from HDPE, which withstands corrosive substances. Fixed or mobile, palletisable and hooded models are available, with a drip-recovery bund and drain.
