Dosing, transfer and pumping cabinets

DOSINGBOX® range · PANEL® range · Custom-built plastic cabinets

Pumping and dosing are essential in industrial processes and water treatment. To keep the process running accurately, first-rate equipment is required. In industry and many other fields, transfer, pumping and dosing cabinets are needed to move and store toxic or corrosive chemicals. It is strongly recommended to protect the operators in charge by investing in suitable installations.

Custom-built cabinets, piping and pumps assembled in our workshops

Custom-built plastic cabinets are made to your dimensions and requirements. They protect critical equipment while keeping it accessible: pumps, water analysis, chlorination, dosing, chlorine dioxide or small-container storage.

Mixing or dissolving liquid, viscous or gelled chemicals requires high precision to avoid accidents. Specialist technicians have developed high-precision pumping equipment and suitable materials that allow processes to be automated.

Accurate dosing to secure your transfers

Transfer, pumping and dosing solutions are essential so that the quantity transferred is precise. Too high a dose can cause major material or bodily damage, or an environmental disaster.

Process riskIf too much acid is poured into a tank or a neutralization basin, the temperature rise can damage materials or release toxic vapours.
Financial riskLosses from a dosing or pumping incident during a transfer cost far more than suitable cabinets fitted with the right sensors.
Operator riskIn storage areas, a single handling error causing a liquid or vapour leak can put operators’ health and safety at risk.
Dosing pumpsDedicated containers are fitted with dosing pumps. When operating conditions are respected, risk is kept under control.

The installer must take into account the flow-pressure pair, the products to transfer and dose, fluid temperature, compatibility with surrounding chemicals, and pump materials in contact with the liquids. Immediate surroundings can also expose operators: extreme temperatures, corrosive atmospheres, explosive environments. Regulation or interlock systems must be set according to each site.

EELIX can handle turnkey installation. HDPE cabinets last at least 25 years, are light, highly chemical-resistant and fully recyclable. Materials are always compatible with the liquids they may contain.
